The Technology team size is circa 100 employees across UK, US and Asia Pacific.This is a senior role reporting directly to the CIO and working with divisional technology leaders you will be responsible for developing and managing a high performing Service Delivery team providing a range of support services across; Infrastructure, Application Development, Security, Telecoms, Cloud Services, Dev Ops, Hosting, DR and End user support services in a 24/7 Globally located end user base. As the Head of Service Delivery, you will have the following responsibilities:
