A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee 1st Line Support Technician to work for one of Edinburgh’s most successful IT Service and Support companies. You will receive a bonus, laptop and company phone. The role will combine first line response, dealing with incoming IT requests, either by phone, email or through our service management system and will also involve the occasional client site visit, shadowing more senior members of the team. You will be provided with an opportunity to use their existing IT knowledge but to also develop and learn further skills.
