1st - 2nd Line Service Desk Support - Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Windows, Exchange, AD - National Charity Central London W1 £150pd - 3 months - January start We currently have an urgent vacancy for 2 Service Desk Support Analysts with a National Charity based in the West End of London. Working within a team you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to circa 1200 staff nationally in an ITIL based environment. We are looking for individuals who are able to offer solid Service Desk (Support Analyst) experience in a Microsoft Windows environment providing 1st - 2nd line technical support including application support of bespoke applications (CRM). We need people who are able to offer: - Solid 1st - 2nd line Service Desk experience in a Microsoft Windows environment (MAC desirable) - Experience with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop - Windows 2008/12 Server, Active Directory and Exchange 2010 experience - Hardware setup, installation, troubleshooting and diagnostic assistance (Computer, Telephone, Laptop, Printer, Scanner) - Network support, Installation, configuration (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.) incl. switches, routers and firewalls - Installation, setup and diagnostics of MS Windows 7/8/10 - MS Office 2010/2013 Professional, SCCM experience (preferred) - Desktop and browser security components: including site security certificates, firewalls and anti-virus - Act as an escalation point for 1st Line Service Desk support Analysts - IT Service Desk case logging applications (Track-IT) and prior work experience within an ITIL environment preferred - Ability to multitask across multiple incidents, be organised and have a keen eye for detail Naturally, as the role involves supporting users nationally you will have excellent communications skills, both verbally and written. You will be working within a three core shift system thus ensuring that the IS Service Desk is adequately covered between 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs. This is a high volume environment and you will be dealing with circa 35-40 tickets a day. The right candidate must have the ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution while providing excellent service. Due to the nature of the charity you must be able to pass DBS police checks or have already obtained security clearance previously. Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager - GDPR / PCI London SE1 5-6 months contract Our client, a large conglomerate in the Retail Leisure sector is urgently seeking an experience GDPR Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to deliver the GDPR compliance programme across the group of companies. This role is centred on GDPR compliance, therefore GDPR and Data Protection experience is crucial, experience of implementing other security and legal regulation is also important e.g. PCI / ISO27001. The role The high level GDPR study has been completed and they are now looking for someone who is able to: - Take the high level GDPR study and formalise as strategic plan and road map - Perform a business impact study - Programme Manage various departments/subsidiaries with the GDPR compliance programme - Full reporting on progress - Manage whole process - Retail - Leisure background preferred - Liaising with all other parts of the business and IT, strong stakeholder management skills are crucial and you will be expected to see this programme through to delivery. - Own the end to end delivery ensuring absolute focus on the desired Business Outcomes/ Deliverables Experience Required - Experience of managing successful programmes in a GDPR/PCI programme - Extensive portfolio / programme management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering strategically important or highly complex portfolios / programmes. - The ability to lead conversations with all levels up to MD, with experience of influencing, negotiating and providing technical information to a non-technical audience. - Strong programme and project management skills including influencing, negotiating, challenging and problem solving. - An excellent working knowledge of the Data Protection Act (1998) and an understanding of the implications of current proposals to strengthen the European regulations (GDPR) - A good working knowledge of Information Security principles and practice - A good working knowledge of information risk analysis and risk management - Strong strategic and commercial awareness - Strong knowledge of functional area. - Prince 2/APM This is an immediate role and interviews can be arranged immediately.
