A new global SaaS (Software As A Service) technology company originating from the Silicon Valley is seeking an Account Manager based in Liverpool to join its expanding team. The company recently established the European headquarters in Liverpool and has doubled its headcount in the last 12 months. As you would be expecting from a dynamic technology business, the office is filled with professionals working and playing hard, the office pool table, fresh fruit and snacks, gym membership and regular company social events underpin their modern working culture. As the Account Manager your duties will include: • Reporting to the Sales Director. • Managing a portfolio of the top corporate clients – largely an office based role, with some client visits. • Being responsible for supporting, advising and growing accounts to meet strategic targets. • Frequent liaison with board level directors – MD’s VP’s CTO’s Marketing, Customer Service and Digital Directors. • Project managing the onboarding process and drive resolution of technical issues. • Playing a key part in the success of renewals. Product training provided in a personal development plan. An ideal Account Manager will hold the following skills and experiences: • Experience in a key account management or customer success, client services, or a consulting role. • Great relationship building skills and customer facing presence. • Strong project management and organizational skills required. • A passion for turning data into insights and action (MS Excel skills are a huge bonus). • Full Clean Driving Licence You will be working Monday – Thursday 9 -5.30 and Friday 8.30 – 5pm. In return you will have a basic £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + OTE £43,000 plus a laptop, Bupa, gym membership, pension, free parking and social events each quarterThe first stage of the application process is to apply online.
