As the Senior IT Manager your duties will be:
Organisation and management and development of the team.Planning and management of future projects to agreed realistic timescales and delivering to spec and on time.Ownership of the EMEA infrastructure, managing and monitoring of virtualized servers, firewalls, Citrix, VPN and network, ensuring as close as possible to 100% availability.Management, organisation and development of ERP to satisfy management and user expectations.Management and development of HQ requirements and reporting.Management of BI Reporting, CRM and other packages, including implementation of system upgrades.Management of Network, HP Servers, Juniper firewalls & Sophos Security for UK and EU sites.Monitoring of server performance with experience of VMware & Veeam.Reporting to CFO with autonomy to manage the department and manage the development of systems and processes.
To be a successful Senior IT Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
Graduate with relevant qualifications.Strong IT skills.Experience of ERP, must have Oracle.Experience of the virtualised server environment.Previous experience in a similar position.Must be well organised and hit deadlines.Must have flexible working attitude, willing to work additional hours as and when required.
In return, the Senior IT Manager will receive a salary of £70,000 per annum. The job title of ‘senior’ relates simply to the level of experience and has no relevance to age.
