Provide second / third line server and application support for all support teams, network team, application development team and super users within required SLAs.Manage assigned projects, and understand the program across the department.Manage or oversee the implementation of new systemsDocument time and effort against tasks.Assist where necessary with all IT projects, producing full documentation, reporting to the Project Manager.Provide support for other team members within the infrastructure Team when necessary.

Knowledge of SAN Hardware and configuration (Dell) is vitalKnowledge of VMWARE vSphere 5 and aboveIntermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix SystemKnowledge of and ability to support Windows architecture and Active Directory rolesOffice365 administrationPowerShell scriptingGood understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCPI/IPKnowledge of Disaster Recovery principles and working with network backup systemsExperience of working within a change controlled environmentSkills:
SAN Storage configuration (Dell)Azure / Office365Windows 2008-16Vast experience within an Analyst role.
