A global, award-winning integrated communications agency who employ over 300 people are looking for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. Their client list consists of some of the largest names in Pharma, Public Sector and Sport in the UK. You will be taking responsibility for all things network and infrastructure related as well as taking over any 2nd/3rd line issues that have escalated from the service desk. 2018 will see the start of a refresh upgrade project which you will be leading on. As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, your main duties will include:
Ensuring client issues are resolved swiftly and professionally.Maintaining a high-level of customer service at all times.Leading on new and existing company projects.Working on maintenance, troubleshooting and general support.Reporting to the IT Director.
To be a successful Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will have the following skills and experiences:
Previous experience using Microsoft/Windows software such as Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, Windows AD, Windows Desktop OS, and Microsoft Desktop (7).The ability to work with and manage 3rd party suppliers.being comfortable in an environment that can switch from slow to fast very quickly.The ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
