IT Systems and Support Engineer Location: Poole, Dorset Salary: up to £35000 Rock recruitment are seeking a dedicated IT Systems and Support Engineer to join an innovative ATM support services business. You will support the company to become the market leading in Fin Tech and manage the systems to ensure that IT assistance is provided across all aspects of the business 7 days a week to users in the UK and USA. The role * Management of external suppliers for Azure Cloud Services, Anti-Virus provision and Firewalls * Manage and optimise Wi-Fi services * Management and maintenance of the security protocol, including the organisation and review of penetration testing of the company network. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues * Provide help desk services to internal IT users and customers accessing our systems via a web portal * Improving and maintaining our hardware, onsite services and Network * Supporting our network of CCTV cameras and ensuring 24/7 operation * Laptop and desktop support * Provide an on-call service * Working with the development team to apply software updates and new releases * Working with our US subsidiary to maintain their systems About you * Ideally you will have 4-5 years relevant experience of working in a diverse network environment including knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and TCP/IP. * Knowledge of Microsoft servers and Windows 7/10 is also essential combined with Microsoft cloud services If you would like further information regarding the role and would like to apply, please submit your CV.
