Install, configure and manage all Windows based systems, including Office and ProductionStandardise builds across and script such builds to improve efficiencyAct as an advisor to the CTO and Tech Ops Manager about new technologies, platforms and softwareWork with DevOps engineers in building and support a Continuous Delivery PipelineWork with DevOps to enable 3rd party toolsets as required to support the business
Skills & Experience Required:
Either MSCE or MCITP in relevant areasMinimum 5 years’ experience building and managing Microsoft Server based environmentsITIL FoundationMicrosoft Server, Sharepoint Admin, SCCM, MDM and DLP tools including Powershell ScriptingWindows 10 Desktop, Office 365 managementWorking knowledge on VMWare vSphere suiteSome MS SQL DBA skills would be an advantage

Work closely with the senior management team to implement and support the rollout program across 25 global sites.Ensure that the system meets the operational needs of each site and actively work to continuously improve its performance.Be responsible for a small but growing team, someone with management experience or wanting management responsibility would be highly desirable.Lead and act as project manager on any implementation projects.Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to streamline and improve the overall department efficiency and productivity.Have overall responsibility for the creation, maintenance and publishing of full documentation of systems, processes, procedures and training materials. Have day to day management of direct reports within the team.Carry out effective recruitment, performance management, training and development of staff under your span of control.Manage third party consultants to ensure compliance, standards and optimal solution delivery within the budget as directed.
You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
Either a background in Finance (FICO), Production (PP) or Manufacturing (MM) that has a solid knowledge of SAP configuration.An accountancy background or a qualified accountant that has extensive SAP specialism.Experience in business process re-engineering/change management and project management, ideally in a multi-national company environment.Experience within a heavy engineering environment would be preferred.Ideally experience will cover (FICO, PP or MM).
