Due to expansion, a leading provider of web-based applications is looking for a IT Helpdesk Analyst to join its existing team located in Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire.  You will enjoy full training plus regular performance-related pay rises after a successful 3 months’ probation period, and the opportunity to progress within the company. The company offer a contributory pension scheme, nursery vouchers, free onsite parking and a ride to work scheme.  They have a relaxed office environment and 8.30am – 5pm working hours. As the IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for: Providing helpdesk 1st line support via telephone and remote access tools.Assisting with implementations progressing into development related tasks such as bug fixing and feature development.
