Java Developers / Leeds City Centre office / Juniors, Mid-level and Senior Developers required / TDDA leading IT organisation based in Leeds City Centre (walking distance from Leeds train station), are on the lookout for Java Developers from Junior right through to Senior / Tech Lead level to join them on a permanent basis. Their main priority at the moment are to fill 2 Senior Java Developer roles but they have won 2 massive bids that will require Juniors and Mid-level Developers, as well as a Tech Lead before Christmas so they are happy to look at CV's for these roles as well.Their business is in real time data and they are working on active rail projects at the moment to make railways more efficient, e.g. working with data collection. Their business isn't with basic end user requests but with 1000's of transactions per second.Technically the things they need are excellent Java programming skills and experience with TDD. This is very important to them but they can hire someone who doesn't follow TDD every day, as long as they have an interest in it and would like to follow TDD in their next role.For the more junior level developers the salaries are normally in the £30 - 37k level.
